This machine carries out highly reliable welding work by means of DC current. The DC current is obtained by convering the frequency of the 3-phase AC input power (50 Hz or 60 Hz) to 600-1000 Hz with an inverter whose output is fed into a welding transformer and changed to DC current. Its power requirement is far lower than that of a single-phase AC spot welder and hardly shows any fluctuations or other trouble. By always maintaining the preset welding current, Kimura 's inverter DC Welder offers stable welding performance.
