| This equipment welds the joint pipe and the holder to the shell drilled and washed in former station. The shell which is sent from the former station intermittently and is positioned in the phase is taken out with transporation device, and is supplied to next station with transportation device. The first joint pipe is supplied automatically and welded. The second joint pipe is continuously supplied automatically and welded. The pitch of the welded joint pipes is inspected in the next pitch inspection station. and NG works are taken off. The holder is supplied automatically and welded in the next station. The next station is the shell take-out station. The shell is carried out to the conveyor of the welding device of post-station. The transportation between the station is transported to the next station one by one with the shuttle conveyor. |
